Job Description

FEMALE candidates with the following Responsibilities can apply  Influencer Search & Shortlisting Find Telugu nano and micro-influencers on Instagram & YouTube Create a daily list of potential influencers Check engagement, audience, and relevance Communication & Negotiation DM/Call influencers Explain our clinic services Finalize deals and negotiate pricing Share scripts and posting guidelines  Coordination Follow up with influencers until video is posted Collect insights (views, reach, demographics) Maintain Excel sheets for performance tracking Coordinate with internal video team  Social Media Support Assist in managing posting schedule Share feedback on trending formats, hooks, and Reels ideas Required Skills Fluent in Telugu + Basic English Good communication and convincing ability Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts Ability to contact 50–100 influencers daily Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge Must be active on social media Education Minimum: 12th Pass (Intermediate) Graduates preferred but not mandatory.
