Job Description

Female candidate with good communication and listening skills. Pleasant voice, patient, and empathetic towards people in pain. Basic knowledge of MS Office / WhatsApp / Google Sheets. Healthcare or clinic experience preferred but freshers can apply (training provided). Should be comfortable speaking in Telugu and basic English. Performance incentives Friendly work environment and training in patient communication Coordinate patient appointments, confirm schedules, and maintain call records. Follow up with leads and ensure good patient experience from first call to visit. Support doctors and front desk in communication and scheduling. Handle incoming calls and patient enquiries politely and professionally. Listen to patient concerns or symptoms and provide basic information about our treatments
