We are seeking a confident and polite Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, providing information to customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales process. Candidates should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound and receive inbound calls to explain products/services to customers.
* Maintain customer records and update call logs.
* Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
* Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
* Work towards achieving daily/weekly call and lead targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Graduation (BBA, BCOM)
* Good communication skills in Hindi (English added advantage).
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Ability to handle calls confidently.
* Freshers & Experienced both are welcome.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: 8,000 – 10,000 per month (depending on experience)
