In-House Cameraman & Video Editor – Social Media (YouTube/Instagram/Facebook)

Key Responsibilities Shoot 40–60 seconds short videos inside the clinic (doctors, procedures, patient education). Operate DSLR/mobile professional cameras with good framing and composition. Manage lighting setup, indoor shooting conditions, and audio clarity. Perform creative editing suitable for trending Reels/Shorts (transitions, captions, effects). Edit videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook with clinic branding. Suggest new creative ideas, angles, concepts, and visual storytelling styles. Ensure videos look professional, clean, emotional, and high-engagement. Work with doctors and content writers to create smooth, timely video output. Requirements Experience in shooting and editing short-form video content. Good knowledge of camera handling, lighting, framing, and audio. Strong skills in CapCut / VN / Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro (any one is fine). Creativity, consistency, and ability to meet deadlines. Must understand social-media trends, especially Reels & Shorts.
