Role: IGNITE - Influencer Onboarding Executive

(Please note: This role is focused on onboarding influencers to our platform as part of the IGNITE team. It is not related to employee onboarding or HR/Talent Acquisition)

Katha IGNITE is a fast-growing nano influencer marketing platform, connecting brands with authentic, engaged audiences through curated nano influencers. We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who want to grow with us in this exciting and dynamic business vertical!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Potential Influencers: Create and manage a list of Instagram nano/Micro influencers to reach out to.
• Outbound Calling: Make calls to prospective users, introduce the Katha IGNITE platform, and build interest.
• Promote Platform Benefits: Effectively communicate the platform’s benefits, address queries, and resolve concerns to drive registration.
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of all interactions, update client information, and ensure follow-ups are conducted promptly.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Previous tele calling experience is a plus
• Language Skills: Fluency in Kannada and proficiency in English.
• Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel and Gmail is required.
• Additional Tools: Having access to a laptop or computer is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, persuasive approach.
