Influencer Onboarding Specialist

As an Influencer Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding creators into the Kalakaaar network. Manage relationships with influencers, ensure smooth onboarding experiences, and set the foundation for successful brand collaborations. Key Responsibilities: - Creator Sourcing & Outreach: - Identify and connect with potential creators across social media platforms based on campaign requirements and brand alignments. - Conduct initial outreach to gauge interest and provide an overview of the benefits of joining the Kalakaaar network. - Onboarding Process Management: - Guide creators through the onboarding process, from initial contact to account setup and profile completion. - Collect and verify necessary documentation and content from creators. - Ensure all onboarding procedures are completed in a timely and accurate manner. - Evaluation & Screening: - Assess creators based on key criteria such as content quality, audience engagement, niche relevance, and brand fit. - Provide recommendations on the suitability of creators for the Kalakaaar roster. - Relationship Management: - Maintain strong communication with creators to ensure a positive onboarding experience. - Address any queries or concerns during the onboarding phase and facilitate a smooth transition to the account management team. - Data Entry & Documentation: - Accurately maintain records of onboarding activities, creator profiles, and relevant agreements in the CRM system. - Track onboarding metrics and provide regular reports to management. Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field. - Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and influencer dynamics. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Familiarity with CRM systems or influencer management tools is a plus.,
