Role Overview: Kalakaaar is a dynamic talent management agency that connects brands with top creators and influencers. Join the team dedicated to fostering meaningful collaborations and maximizing creator potential. As an Influencer Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding creators into the Kalakaaar network. Manage relationships with influencers, ensure smooth onboarding experiences, and set the foundation for successful brand collaborations. Key Responsibilities: - Creator Sourcing & Outreach: - Identify and connect with potential creators across social media platforms based on campaign requirements and brand alignments. - Conduct initial outreach to gauge interest and provide an overview of the benefits of joining the Kalakaaar network. - Onboarding Process Management: - Guide creators through the onboarding process, from initial contact to account setup and profile completion. - Collect and verify necessary documentation and content from creators. - Ensure all onboarding procedures are completed in a timely and accurate manner. - Evaluation & Screening: - Assess creators based on key criteria such as content quality, audience engagement, niche relevance, and brand fit. - Provide recommendations on the suitability of creators for the Kalakaaar roster. - Relationship Management: - Maintain strong communication with creators to ensure a positive onboarding experience. - Address any queries or concerns during the onboarding phase and facilitate a smooth transition to the account management team. - Data Entry & Documentation: - Accurately maintain records of onboarding activities, creator profiles, and relevant agreements in the CRM system. - Track onboarding metrics and provide regular reports to management. Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field. - Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and influencer dynamics. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Familiarity with CRM systems or influencer management tools is a plus.,
