Roles & Responsibilities:

• Research, identify, and reach out to potential influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Assist in influencer collaborations – coordination, follow-ups, and content tracking.
• Monitor and report campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Create engaging Instagram content – including

  banners, carousels, posts, reels, and stories

• Design creatives using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
• Stay updated with the latest Instagram trends, viral formats, and meme culture to suggest fresh ideas.
• Engage with the online community through comments, DMs, and interactive content.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Creative mindset with basic skills in content creation and editing (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools).
• Passion for influencer marketing and digital campaigns.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
