Role & Responsibilities

As our Influencer Marketing Senior Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our brand's creator collaborations. You'll be responsible for:

 * Strategic Planning: Developing and executing comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with our brand's goals.

 * Creator Scouting & Vetting: Using your keen eye and industry expertise to identify, evaluate, and onboard the best creators for our campaigns. You have an innate ability to recognize authentic engagement and potential.

 * Pricing & Negotiation: Managing campaign budgets and negotiating favorable terms with influencers and talent agencies to ensure a strong ROI.

 * Campaign Management: Overseeing all aspects of campaigns from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

Qualifications

 * A minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.

 * Deep understanding of the influencer landscape, platforms, and industry trends.

 * Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

 * Strong analytical abilities to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
