Influencer Marketing - Operations

If you have strong organizational skills, a passion for influencer marketing, and the ability to manage multiple creators at scale, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Influencer Management: Build and maintain relationships with 30–40 influencers; share briefs, clarify requirements, and provide ongoing support.
• Campaign Execution: Ensure influencers deliver high-quality branded content (videos, reels, posts, stories, livestreams, etc.) as per guidelines and timelines.
• Tracking & Reporting: Maintain campaign trackers, monitor deliverables, and share regular updates with reporting managers.
• Content Review: Check all submissions to ensure they align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Issue Resolution: Address challenges such as delays, revisions, or creator queries quickly and effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, and client servicing) to deliver campaigns smoothly and successfully.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or campaign operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple influencers at once.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for reporting and tracking.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in digital media, influencer ecosystems, and brand collaborations.
