Influencer Marketing - Operations

Role Overview: As an Influencer Marketing - Operations at our company located in Gurgaon, Two Horizon, you will be responsible for managing the execution of a large-scale influencer campaign for a global mobile brand. Your role will involve day-to-day creator management, ensuring timely delivery of branded content, and smooth coordination between influencers, internal teams, and reporting managers. If you possess strong organizational skills, a passion for influencer marketing, and the ability to manage multiple creators at scale, this role is the perfect fit for you. Key Responsibilities: - Influencer Management: Build and maintain relationships with 30-40 influencers; share briefs, clarify requirements, and provide ongoing support. - Campaign Execution: Ensure influencers deliver high-quality branded content (videos, reels, posts, stories, livestreams, etc.) as per guidelines and timelines. - Tracking & Reporting: Maintain campaign trackers, monitor deliverables, and share regular updates with reporting managers. - Content Review: Check all submissions to ensure they align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. - Issue Resolution: Address challenges such as delays, revisions, or creator queries quickly and effectively. - Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, and client servicing) to deliver campaigns smoothly and successfully. Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or campaign operations. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple influencers at once. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for reporting and tracking. - Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Interest in digital media, influencer ecosystems, and brand collaborations.,
