Influencer Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a go-getter Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator collaborations end-to-end — from identifying the perfect influencers to executing scroll-stopping campaigns. You’ll work closely with creators, clients, and our in-house teams to build campaigns that drive real buzz and results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -

• Identify, onboard, and brief a diverse pool of influencers across categories for on-going or pitching stage campaigns.
• Understanding Client requirements - Campaign briefs and working with the team to prepare a plan .
• Lead influencer outreach, negotiation, campaign execution, and reporting with finesse.
• Collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams to build relevant and viral campaigns.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, content formats, and creator economy shifts.
• Be the bridge between client expectations and influencer delivery — smooth, sharp, and on-point.
• Maintain and expand influencer databases across Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
• Handle multiple campaigns and deadlines with a cool head and a get-it-done attitude.
• Must have contact details of top social media personalities especially from the Lifestyle, Fashion, Food, Parenting, Technology and Auto sector

REQUIREMENTS -

• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand collaboration, or digital campaign execution.
• The existing network of influencers is a big plus.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills — both written and verbal.
• A deep understanding of social media, trends, and internet culture.
• Obsessed with details, timelines, and managing multiple projects at once.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Comm, Marketing, PR, or related fields preferred.
