About the Role

Think WhyNot Group is looking for a driven, experienced, and strategy-first Influencer Marketing Manager to lead high-impact campaigns for some of the most exciting brands in India. If you've spent the last few years in a creative agency juggling creators, clients, and chaos (and secretly loved it), this one's for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading end-to-end influencer campaigns — from ideation to execution
• Managing relationships with creators, talent agencies, and brand teams
• Developing campaign strategies that are creative, effective, and on-brand
• Handling client servicing like a pro — solving problems before they arise
• Staying on top of influencer trends, platform updates, and digital culture
• Working closely with internal creative, media, and strategy teams

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years

  of experience in influencer marketing (agency background is a must)
• Strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Excellent client servicing, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to think creatively and execute efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
