Influencer Marketing Manager

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who can lead creator-driven campaigns for some of India's top brands in personal finance such as Axis MF, Motilal Oswal, Tata MF, Bajaj Finserv AMC, Invesco MF, Groww and extend our influencer expertise to FMCG, D2C, and other sectors.

What you'll do:

• Campaign Planning: Design influencer strategies for product launches, investor-education series, BFSI explainers, and brand storytelling.
• Creator Partnerships: Identify and onboard YouTube & Instagram creators across all tiers (macro, micro, regional); maintain strong creator relationships.
• Briefing & Coordination: Write clear briefs and talking points that keep finance content compliant, relevant, and easy to understand; manage timelines, shoots, and budgets.
• Execution & Delivery: Work with internal content, design, and compliance teams to ensure smooth production, approvals, and publishing.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics (views, retention, engagement, CTR, saves) and present actionable campaign reports.
• Innovation: Explore new platforms, formats, and hooks to reach BFSI audiences and beyond.
  

Who we are looking for:

• 35 years experience in influencer / creator marketing (agency or brand-side).
• Proven track record of running multi-creator campaigns on YouTube & Instagram.
• Comfortable working with BFSI / regulated brands and understanding basic compliance do's & don'ts.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to brief creators clearly and manage fast-moving campaigns.
• Good written English & Hindi/Hinglish for creator direction and scripts.
• Familiarity with basic campaign analytics (IG Insights, YT Studio, Google Sheets).
