Job Description

The intern - influencer marketing will play a key role in executing influencer marketing campaigns for our Beauty and Personal Care products. This role also involves managing branded content ads, requiring strong negotiation skills to secure partnerships and ad placements. The ideal candidate should be organized, creative, and have a deep understanding of social media trends within the skincare industry.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

You will manage the end-to-end execution of branded content ads across Google & Meta platforms, which includes coordination with creators, performance tracking, creative testing, and campaign optimization.
Partner with influencers and creators to repurpose UGC into high-performing paid ads.
Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPM, CVR, etc.) and continuously optimize campaigns.
Test creatives, captions, hooks, CTAs, and formats to drive conversions.
Stay on top of platform-specific trends, algorithm updates, and ad policies.
