Roles & Responsibilities

• Ideation & Conceptualization

  : Develop fresh, creative ideas for social media campaigns and videos.

• Implementation of Ideas

  : Execute end-to-end content plans from concept to publishing.

• Script Creation

  : Write engaging scripts for patient stories, doctor bytes, and brand videos.

• Shoot

  : Capture and produce high-quality photos and videos — including clinic environment, procedures (preparation, setup, etc.), patient interactions, and doctor sessions.

• Trend Setter:

  Stay ahead of social media trends and adapt them creatively to healthcare storytelling.

• Always on Toes

  : Be proactive and ready to shoot or create content whenever opportunities arise.

• Quality Control

  : Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, accuracy, and ethical standards.

• Competitor Research:

  Analyze similar healthcare and wellness content to create fresh and impactful ideas.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in content creation or social media management.
• Strong understanding of short-form video trends and storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar tools.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Interest in healthcare, wellness, or patient education content is a plus.
