Roles & Responsibilities

• Content Creation:

  Shoot and produce short-form videos and posts for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.

• Video Planning & Editing:

  Plan, script, shoot, and edit high-quality, engaging content that educates and inspires.

• Trend Monitoring:

  Stay updated on social media trends and adapt them to fit Cure My Knee’s brand voice.

• Competitor Research:

  Analyze similar healthcare and wellness content to create fresh and impactful ideas.

• Quality Control:

  Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligns with brand guidelines.

• Creative Execution:

  Develop reels, posts, and stories that educate patients and promote brand awareness.

• Collaboration:

  Work with design, medical, and video teams for timely execution.

• Captions & Copywriting:

  Write engaging, clear, and brand-consistent captions.

• Performance Tracking:

  Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements to boost reach.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in content creation or social media management.
• Strong understanding of short-form video trends and storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar tools.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Interest in healthcare, wellness, or patient education content is a plus.
