In this role, you'll be a key player in our campaigns, helping us find the perfect creators to tell our brand's story. You will work closely with the marketing team, gaining valuable skills in communication, negotiation, and project management.

What you'll do:

• Scouting & Research:

  Identify and research potential influencers and content creators across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Facebook). You'll analyze their content, engagement rates, and audience demographics to determine brand fit.

• Outreach & Negotiation:

  Draft and send professional outreach emails and messages to potential partners. You'll also be responsible for

  negotiating pricing, terms, and deliverables

  to secure successful collaborations.

• Campaign Execution:

  Assist in the day-to-day management of influencer campaigns, ensuring all agreements are met and content is delivered on time.

• Performance Tracking:

  Help track and report on campaign performance, providing insights into what works and what can be improved.

• Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain positive relationships with our network of influencers.

Who we're looking for:

• A current student or recent graduate with a strong interest in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Someone with an active presence on social media and a deep understanding of platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• A great communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• A proactive self-starter who is highly organized and pays close attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
