Job Description – Influencer Marketing Executive

Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Influencer Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage our influencer collaborations, social media presence, and content creation — all under one roof. This is a hands-on role for someone who can plan campaigns, execute them, and create content that drives growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Marketing
  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Negotiate deliverables, coordinate product dispatches, and ensure timely posting.
  • Track performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare campaign reports.
  • Social Media Management
  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Post content, monitor engagement, reply to DMs/comments, and grow the community.
  • Track analytics to optimize posting time, content type, and engagement rates.
  • Content Creation
  • Create engaging posts, reels, and stories (using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
  • Write captions, copy, and hashtags aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Stay updated on trends and adapt them to the brand’s identity.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years’ experience in influencer marketing, social media management, and content creation (D2C/e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and social media trends.
  • Creative thinking with basic design/video editing skills (Canva/CapCut/Adobe).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for influencer outreach.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights.

KPIs

  • Growth in followers, engagement rate, and social reach.
  • ROI and conversions from influencer campaigns.
  • Consistent production of high-quality content and timely campaign execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
