About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers across platforms to promote our gaming products and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and onboard influencers across YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with product launches and promotional objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and manage influencer budgets effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, product, and social media) to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI, conversions).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and emerging influencer strategies.
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to integrate influencer campaigns into broader user acquisition efforts.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or digital marketing (gaming or entertainment industry preferred).
• must have experience in google ads and meta ads both
• Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns (paid and organic).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with tools like Upfluence, HypeAuditor, or similar influencer platforms is a plus.
• Passionate about gaming, content creation, and digital communities.
