Influencer Marketing Coordinator

As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading influencer collaborations, content partnerships, and creator campaigns across various social platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and more. Your role will involve identifying and onboarding relevant influencers within the health, fitness, wellness, and lifestyle domains, tracking performance, managing deliverables, and fostering long-term relationships with creators. Additionally, you will oversee influencer-generated content to ensure brand consistency and impact while coordinating between the in-house marketing and social media teams. Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging content formats will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 2 years of hands-on experience in influencer/creator marketing and have a strong network of micro and macro influencers across different categories. You should have the ability to manage multiple collaborations under tight timelines, along with excellent negotiation, coordination, and communication skills. Experience with influencer tools/platforms would be advantageous, and a deep passion for digital content and reels culture is essential.
