What you'll do:

• Influencer Partnerships

  – Identify, connect & onboard influencers, artists, and celebrities across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment.

• Relationship Management

  – Build long-term partnerships with creators, stylists, and talent agencies.

• Campaign Execution

  – Plan & manage influencer campaigns end-to-end (briefing, negotiations, deliverables, timelines, payments).

• Performance Tracking

  – Monitor content, track ROI, and share insights with the marketing team.

• Trendspotting

  – Stay updated with viral trends, social media shifts, and emerging talent.

• Content Collaboration

  – Work closely with influencers to co-create content aligned with the brand’s voice & campaigns.

• Artist Management

  – Handle schedules, event appearances, and collaborations

What we are looking for:

• 2–4 years’ experience in

  Influencer Marketing / Talent Management

  (beauty, fashion, lifestyle preferred).
• Strong

  network of influencers, artists, and agencies

  .
• Excellent

  negotiation, communication & relationship-building

  skills.
• Social media savvy with a deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Reels, and trending content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Passion for beauty, fashion, and luxury lifestyle.
