Job Description

Introduction

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology

Your Role And Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure RESTful APIs using C# (.NET / .NET Core) and Azure Function Apps, including durable functions for complex workflows. Lead and execute system integration projects with external and internal services, especially focusing on Duck Creek Claims (v10/v11), ensuring seamless interoperability using SOAP and REST APIs.Configure and manage Azure services such as API Management, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, and App Registrations to support secure and robust integration layers. Utilize Azure Application Insights for monitoring, diagnostics, and performance tuning of applications and services .Implement integration patterns using Kafka to support event-driven architecture and real-time data processing across distributed systems

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Proficient in SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Strong knowledge of C# .NET for backend development and enterprise-grade applications.
3.Extensive hands-on experience in Duck Creek Claims (v10/v11) configuration, custom development, and integration.
Solid understanding of insurance domain workflows and claim lifecycle processes.
Experience in developing and consuming SOAP and REST APIs, supporting real-time data exchange across platforms

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to handle complex technical requirements.
Effective collaboration within Agile/Scrum environments, and cross-functional teams.
Good understanding of DevOps practices, source control (Git), and deployment pipelines (if applicable
