Role Overview: As an Enterprise Solutions Sales Manager at CAD-IT India in Bangalore, your primary responsibility is to initiate and manage enterprise solutions sales activities and engagements. You will play a crucial role in meeting sales performance targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Additionally, you will contribute to the sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams by participating in lead generation, solution presentations, roadshows, and various marketing activities. Your role also involves building and standardizing sales resources for pre-sales, consultants, demos, and marketing operations related to CAD-IT enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage enterprise solutions sales activities and engagements to meet performance targets effectively. - Contribute to the sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams by actively participating in lead generation, solution presentations, roadshows, and other marketing activities. - Build and standardize sales resources for pre-sales, consultants, demos, and marketing to enhance operational efficiency. - Successfully manage IoT, AR/VR, and other enterprise solutions projects as part of a collaborative team effort. - Identify potential new clients, comprehend their Engineering/Business Solution needs, and convert opportunities into projects. - Establish partnerships with associations and organizations to strengthen the PR channels of CAD-IT Technologies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales solutions such as ERP, MES, SCADA, and Automation. - Proficiency and experience in enterprise solutions selling/MEDDIC methodology. - Experience in executing lead generation activities, campaigns, roadshows, and organizing events. - Basic technical knowledge and application expertise for enterprise solutions, including IoT and digital factory solutions. - Ability to effectively communicate solutions" benefits in technical, application, and business terms to customers. - Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
