Job Description

As a Sales Executive at CAD-IT India in Bangalore, your primary responsibility will be to initiate and manage enterprise solutions sales activities and engagements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that sales performance and effort targets are consistently met on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams to contribute towards various activities such as lead generation, solution presentations, roadshows, and marketing initiatives. Your role will involve building and standardizing sales resources to support CAD-IT enterprise sales operations, including pre-sales, consultants, demos, and marketing materials. One of your key tasks will be to successfully manage IoT, AR/VR, and other enterprise solutions projects as part of a team, following the award of the project. You will also be responsible for identifying potential new clients, understanding their Engineering/Business Solution needs, and converting these opportunities into new projects for the organization. Furthermore, you will be expected to establish strong partnerships with associations and organizations to enhance the PR channels of CAD-IT Technologies, thereby enabling effective communication strategies. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales solutions such as ERP, MES, SCADA, and Automation. Proficiency in enterprise solutions selling methodologies like MEDDIC is essential, along with experience in lead generation activities, campaigns, roadshows, and event organizing. Moreover, you should possess basic technical knowledge and a good understanding of application knowledge for enterprise solutions, including IoT and digital factory solutions. Your ability to articulate the benefits of solutions in technical, application, and business terms to customers will be crucial. Strong communication skills in English, along with the capability to deliver effective presentations, are also required for this role.,
