Job Description

Weartech Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-driven Industrial Sales Engineer to expand our business across Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial sales with strong technical knowledge and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories
• Promote and sell industrial equipment, power equipment, and electrical & electronic products
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions
• Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and tenders
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Coordinate with the technical and service teams for smooth order execution
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in:
• Industrial sales
• Industrial equipment sales
• Power equipment sales
• Electrical & electronic equipment sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them to customers
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
