Industrial Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent sales skills to provide clients with the best technical solutions and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by promoting technical products/services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions accordingly.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients and demonstrate how products meet their needs.
• Conduct product trials, demos, and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet sales targets and prepare regular reports on sales activities and forecasts.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
• Provide feedback to product development teams on customer needs and market trends.
• Travel to customer locations when required for meetings, site visits, or support.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong technical knowledge of products and services offered.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and explain solutions clearly.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
