Job Description

As a Project Manager focusing on Digital Transformation projects within the entity, you will be responsible for managing ERP knowledge related to the complete manufacturing process. You will also lead a cross-functional team or represent the entity in localization, transfer, and re-balancing projects involving Analytic, BI, Smart Digital Tools, etc. Additionally, you will take charge of industrial transfer or transformation projects in the plant for a limited period, ensuring proactive management of changes, stakeholder expectations, issues, and risks to deliver value. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate strong project management skills including project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management. - Manage CAPEX and track the same effectively. - Oversee Technical project transfer. - Execute at least one project in Brown OR Green field to showcase proven experience. - Possess knowledge of civil engineering. Qualifications: - B.E/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical engineering. - Proficient in preparing drawings using AutoCAD & Creo-3D. - Skilled in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Projects. - PMP certification would be an added advantage.,
