Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Director to lead our manufacturing operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial management and a proven track record of improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Oversee manufacturing processes and ensure quality standards are met.
Manage budgets and financial forecasts for the industrial division.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers and operational staff.
Coordinate with supply chain management to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
11-15 years of experience in industrial operations or manufacturing management.
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards in India.
