AMC Engineer

AMC Engineer (Dedicated Resource)

Key Responsibilities

Perform regular
site visits
for the
maintenance and support of installed PLC/DCS control systems
.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues
related to automation and SCADA systems.
Develop and implement
preventive maintenance schedules
to minimize downtime.
Verify and test
I/O interfaces, control logic, and SCADA functionality
.
Assist in
system upgradation and retrofit projects
.
Ensure
compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
during maintenance activities.
Maintain
detailed records of system performance, faults, and corrective actions
.
Provide
technical support and training
to plant operators and clients.
Work with
protocols like Modbus, ProfiNet, OPC, IEC61850
for system communication.
