Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Source new customers for individual loan products through field visits, referrals, and local marketing activities.
Conduct preliminary credit checks and assess loan eligibility.
Explain product features, terms, and repayment schedules to customers.
Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth disbursement.
Achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets within timelines.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the sales manager.
Follow company policies, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines.
