Job Description

Job Summary:

Individual Loan Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Source new customers for
Retail Individual Loan (RIL)
products through field visits, referrals, and partnerships.
Achieve monthly and annual
sales and disbursement targets
.
Conduct preliminary credit checks, income assessment, and documentation for loan applications.
Ensure compliance with
KYC, AML, and lending guidelines
.
Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth loan processing and servicing.
Conduct customer visits for
pre-sanction verification and post-disbursement monitoring
.
Maintain and update customer records in the system with accuracy.
Provide market intelligence and feedback on customer needs, competition, and product performance.
Support collection efforts in case of overdue or delinquent accounts.
