Indirect Tax Manager

We are looking for a Manager / Sr. Manager Indirect Tax to oversee all GST-related compliances, audits, and advisory matters while ensuring timely filings, regulatory accuracy, and coordination with tax authorities and consultants.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Manager / Sr. Manager Indirect Tax to handle all GST-related matters, including compliance, audits, advisory, and coordination with tax authorities and consultants. The role involves ensuring accurate filings, process efficiency, and adherence to evolving GST laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GSTR-1, 3B, 6, 9, and 9C.
  
• Ensure timely GST ITC reconciliation, payments, and maintenance of statutory registers.
  
• Handle ISD and GST-TDS compliance, registration, and amendments in existing registrations.
  
• Review agreements and transactions to assess GST applicability and implications.
  
• Draft and coordinate replies to GST notices and assist consultants in hearings and submissions.
  
• Maintain and update MIS for GST compliance, litigation, and audit requirements.
  
• Communicate and implement changes in GST laws and procedures across departments.
  
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants for statutory, internal, and GST audits.
  
• Drive process automation and accuracy through ERP/Tally/GST software implementation.
  

Qualification:

• CA / Inter CA or equivalent
