Indirect Tax Manager

As an Indirect Tax Manager at BDMV & Co., Chartered Accountants, located in Borivali, your role will involve managing day-to-day tasks related to tax compliance. You will be responsible for handling filing GST returns of clients, managing indirect taxation notices, scrutiny, and appeals, as well as overseeing GST-related activities. Your duties will include advising clients on indirect tax matters, preparing and reviewing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage tax compliance tasks on a daily basis - Handle filing of GST returns for clients - Manage indirect taxation notices, scrutiny, and appeals - Oversee GST-related activities - Advise clients on indirect tax matters - Prepare and review tax returns - Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations Qualifications: - Strong proficiency in Tax Compliance - Expertise in Indirect Taxation and Goods and Services Tax (GST) - Experience of visiting GST department in the past - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Experience in the advisory field is a plus,
