The role involves supervising the Indian kitchen, ensuring authentic flavors, maintaining high standards of hygiene, training staff, and assisting with menu planning, cost management, and smooth kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Indian kitchen operations and ensure consistency in food quality.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control.
• Train, guide, and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff.
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards as per hotel policies.
• Ensure timely preparation and service of Indian cuisine.
• Support the Executive Chef in maintaining kitchen efficiency and guest satisfaction.
