Job Title: Indian Sous Chef
Location: Igatpuri, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (with food & accommodation provided)
Duty Hours: 9–10 hours daily
Shift Type: Straight Shift
Weekly Off: 1 day per week (as per standard schedule)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Sous Chef to join our culinary team at a resort in Igatpuri. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in large-scale cooking, strong knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine, and the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage Indian cuisine for daily operations, including buffets for 200–300 guests.
• Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and execution.
• Ensure proper food costing and portion control.
• Oversee inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.

Required Skills & Experience:

• In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and buffet systems.
• Experience in cooking for large groups (200–300 people).
• Strong understanding of food costing and inventory control.
• Proven experience in menu planning and kitchen supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
