Kitchen Management: Supervising junior staff, maintaining cleanliness, and managing food preparation and service. Safety and Hygiene: Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene regulations. Specific Skills and Knowledge: Culinary Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and regional specialties. Equipment Proficiency: Experience with traditional Indian cooking equipment, like tandoors. Inventory Management: Ability to manage and order supplies.
