Job Description

You will be joining a diverse team of audit and assurance professionals at Morgan Stanley as a Technology Auditor to support the Asia Internal Audit team. Your main responsibilities will include identifying, assessing, and addressing key technology risks and vulnerabilities by evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of related controls. **Role Overview:** As a Technology Auditor, you will play a crucial role in identifying risk and emerging risk across IT infrastructure and system landscape for assurance coverage. You will lead audit executions, enable the team to deliver high-quality work, and support Asia Technology Audit in designing and implementing coverage strategies that align with global focus areas and regional priorities. Additionally, you will facilitate conversations with stakeholders on risks, their impact, and how well they are managed in a clear, timely, and structured manner. You will also align projects and initiatives with department and coverage area priorities and oversee the team's execution of deliverables in accordance with audit methodology and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify risk and emerging risk across IT infrastructure and system landscape for assurance coverage - Lead audit executions and enable the team to deliver high-quality work - Support Asia Technology Audit in designing and implementing coverage strategies - Facilitate stakeholder conversations on risks, their impact, and management - Align projects and initiatives with department and coverage area priorities **Qualifications Required:** - At least 6 years" experience in technology audit/risk management - Knowledge of industry, global markets, and regulations relevant to institutional securities business/investment management and wealth management - Strong understanding of audit principles, methodology, tools, and processes - Ability to articulate risk and impact clearly and succinctly to different audiences - Effective change and project management techniques - Ability to coach and mentor others and create an inclusive work environment - Relevant professional qualifications, such as CISA and CIA Morgan Stanley, a global leader in financial services since 1935, is committed to maintaining high standards of excellence.
