Job Title: India Technical Recruiter Location: Noida, Sector 62 (Onsite) Shift: 10:00 AM IST to 07:00 PM IST Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with expertise in IT recruitment for the Indian market to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent , ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the Indian talent landscape , strong networking abilities, and a strategic approach to recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT positions , ensuring alignment with client requirements. Implement diverse recruitment strategies such as direct sourcing, referrals, and networking. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future staffing needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring timelines. Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. Manage the placement and delivery of consultants from companies like NTT, Capgemini, and Deloitte into client projects. Key Requirements: Proven experience in technical recruitment within the Indian IT industry . Expertise in sourcing passive candidates and leveraging various recruitment tools. Strong knowledge of the Indian talent market , hiring trends, and sourcing channels. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment , managing multiple hiring requirements. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software .
