Technical Recruiter

fast-paced recruitment environment

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for
IT and BFSI domain roles
(Contract, C2H, and Full-Time).
Work on hiring delivery for
clients like Goldman Sachs, NTT, Capgemini, Deloitte
, etc.
Use various sourcing strategies: job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Build and maintain a
pipeline of quality candidates
for current and future hiring.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
Ensure a positive
candidate experience
from outreach to onboarding.

Key Requirements:

14 years of hands-on experience
in technical recruitment (IT + BFSI).
Exposure to hiring for
BFSI clients (Goldman Sachs, financial services domain)
preferred.
Strong sourcing skills with job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and headhunting.
Excellent
communication & interpersonal skills
with the ability to engage candidates.
Ability to
work under deadlines
and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Familiarity with
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
is an advantage.
