Role Description

This is a Part-time remote role for an Independent HR Recruiter (NON-IT). The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews for non-IT positions. The HR Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, identify suitable candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring processes
• Strong ability to handle Non-Technical roles, with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs
• Experience in building and maintaining candidate pipelines and databases
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Prior experience with global or cross-regional hiring is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
