Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to support Supply Chain with the maintenance and development of Power Apps Mobile Applications, Power BI Reporting, and Power Automate workflows to simplify/eliminate tasks and provide insights.
This role will involve integrating these solutions with SQL databases to facilitate seamless data flow and connectivity by developing comprehensive Power BI reports and dashboards as well as be responsible to transform data into actionable business insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and enhancing operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical skills to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) projects
  • Maintaining existing Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate based on Content Modifications, Additional Functionality, etc.
  • Maintain documentation on Applications and Best Practices
  • Responsible for continuously learning and sharing capabilities to implement new Power Platform capabilities to support future projects
  • Creating Reporting Insights package for SC Leadership based on Power Apps application data
  • Design and develop Power Apps to automate manual data collection processes at distribution centers.
  • Implement Power Automate workflows to optimize data transfer and processing.
  • Connect Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to SQL databases for efficient data management.
  • Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data collection needs and translate them into effective automation solutions.
  • Continuously improve and optimize existing processes to reduce time consumption and enhance efficiency.
Years of Experience:
  • Minimum 5+ years overall experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Analytics, Reporting &/or Programming.
Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)
Required Minimum Qualifications :
  • Bachelor s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, or related field
Skill Set Required
Primary Skills (Must have):
  • Hands-on Experience in Data mining and visualization tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python.
  • Experience in developing automations using the Power platform (Power App, Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Demonstrated experience in mining data from multiple systems via database analysis tools
  • Ability to manage and manipulate large data sets for use in analytical tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
Secondary Skills (desired)
  • Experience in the Retail industry
  • Experience in Retail Supply Chain
