Incubation Manager

Eligibility Criteria:

(a) Educational and other qualifications

• Essential: Graduate.
• Preferable: Post Graduation in Management or Mass Communication would be preferred.
• The candidate must have prior experience in the startup ecosystem, either as a founder, co-founder, or in a key role within an incubation center, accelerator, or venture capital firm.

Job Description:

This role requires the candidate to be a champion in relationship building, continuous engagement, and community building, alongside the standard responsibilities of an incubation manager. The candidate will report to the Vice President, CEED, and will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the Center.

The ideal candidate should have:

✔ Strong communication skills – both written and spoken.

✔ A fair understanding of digital technologies & productivity tools.

✔ Hands-on experience in the startup ecosystem to mentor and support budding entrepreneurs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Designing & managing Incubation and Acceleration programs.
• Providing high-quality coaching and advisory support to entrepreneurs.
• Possessing a deep understanding of the startup & entrepreneurship ecosystem.
• Qualifying and evaluating startup applicants for creativity, innovation, acceleration, and investment stages.
• Managing daily interactions with startups and providing operational support.
• Supporting entrepreneurs across ideation, acceleration, investment, and scale-up stages.
• Manage processes, procedures, and policies of the incubator and manage day-to-day activities.
• Manage center's programs, events and training activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
