Reports To: Principal / Vice Principal / Academic Coordinator

Pre-Primary Section Incharge (Female)

A. Academic & Curriculum Management

  • Ensure implementation of play-based and activity-based learning.
  • Monitor lesson planning focused on motor skills, communication, creativity & social learning.
  • Guide teachers in using age-appropriate teaching aids, rhymes, storytelling and experiential activities.
  • Ensure classrooms follow proper learning corners (literacy, numeracy, art, pretend play).

B. Student Care & Safety

  • Ensure a safe, nurturing and emotionally supportive environment for young children.
  • Monitor hygiene, snack timings, dispersal, and movement during outdoor activities.
  • Address separation anxiety, behavioural issues and early childhood needs sensitively.

C. Teacher Supervision

  • Observe classrooms regularly and guide teachers on early childhood pedagogy.
  • Train teachers on phonics, fine-motor activities, sensory learning and early writing skills.
  • Help teachers maintain portfolios, worksheets and progress tracking.

D. Parent Relations

  • Conduct orientation, regular PTMs and counselling sessions for young parents.
  • Provide timely feedback on children’s growth, behaviour and development.
  • Address concerns related to settling, learning readiness and early milestones.

Primary Section Incharge (Female)A. Academic Oversight

  • Ensure curriculum delivery for core subjects (English, Hindi, Math, EVS, Computer).
  • Monitor lesson plans, classwork, homework, notebooks and activity-based learning.
  • Support teachers in using interactive teaching methods and formative assessments.
  • Supervise preparation and smooth conduct of exams and assessments.

B. Classroom & Discipline Management

  • Ensure classrooms follow proper routines, discipline and active student participation.
  • Manage student behaviour positively and implement section-wide discipline rules.
  • Promote reading habits, projects, competitions and skill-based activities.

C. Teacher Guidance

  • Conduct regular academic meetings with teachers.
  • Help teachers with teaching strategies, resource planning and handling mixed-ability students.
  • Identify training needs and support teacher development.

D. Student Progress Monitoring

  • Track academic progress and identify students needing remedial classes.
  • Coordinate enrichment activities for high achievers.
  • Ensure inclusive practices for struggling learners.

E. Parent Communication

  • Assist teachers during PTMs and handle escalated concerns.
  • Maintain transparent communication with parents regarding progress & behaviour.

High School Section Incharge (Female)

(Applicable for Middle & Senior classes: VI–XII)

A. Academic Leadership

  • Ensure effective execution of subject-specific curriculum for all streams (Science, Maths, Humanities, Commerce).
  • Supervise lesson plans, board exam preparedness, and completion of syllabus on time.
  • Monitor quality teaching, regular testing, doubt-clearing sessions and project work.
  • Ensure compliance with CBSE academic standards, exam patterns, and documentation.

B. Student Academic Monitoring

  • Track student performance in periodic tests, pre-boards and board exams.
  • Plan academic interventions, remedial classes and competitive exam support.
  • Promote discipline, punctuality, attendance and academic responsibility.

C. Teacher Leadership & Supervision

  • Observe subject classes regularly and guide teachers for better pedagogy.
  • Ensure teachers maintain academic records, question banks, and student tracking sheets.
  • Support subject enrichment workshops and training.

D. Behaviour & Discipline

  • Implement school discipline policies fairly and consistently.
  • Handle behavioural issues, bullying, attendance concerns and mentoring needs.
  • Maintain a focused academic environment in corridors and classrooms.

E. Parent & CBSE Communication

  • Communicate academic progress professionally during PTMs.
  • Handle escalated concerns about academics, behaviour, or board exam readiness.
  • Support school management with CBSE-related academic documentation (if required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
