Role Overview: You will be working as a Tech Support Associate in the Inbound Technical Support Process for the US shift at Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers facing printer, router, and antivirus issues, diagnosing the problems, and recommending the best solutions. Additionally, you will be selling technical support plans and relevant software to customers.
