We are hiring freshers for our Inbound Voice Process team. The role involves handling incoming customer calls, addressing their queries, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Understand and resolve customer queries or complaints
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Record call details and customer interactions in the system
• Follow standard scripts and procedures
• Escalate unresolved issues to the team lead or supervisor
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
