Inbound Voice Process

As an Inbound Technical Support Associate at Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. Your role will involve diagnosing the problems effectively and providing customers with the best solutions. In addition, you will be recommending and selling technical support plans along with relevant software to enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Take inbound calls and assist customers with technical issues - Diagnose printer, router, and antivirus problems efficiently - Recommend and sell technical support plans and relevant software - Utilize your outbound tech support experience to effectively resolve customer issues - Demonstrate good sales and convincing skills - Have knowledge about BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS - Troubleshoot technical problems related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac, iPhone, and iPad Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound tech support - Ability to close calls independently - Strong convincing and sales skills - Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues - Familiarity with various devices and software - Flexibility to work in US Shift In this role, you will receive a fixed salary ranging from Rs.15,000 to Rs.22,000 per month along with lucrative incentives.
