Role Overview: As an Inbound Telecaller located in Dwarka 11, your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls from clients. You will address their queries, provide information on our services, and transfer calls to relevant departments if necessary. Additionally, you will maintain records of customer interactions, follow up on customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication. Key Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from clients - Address client queries and provide information on services - Transfer calls to relevant departments when required - Maintain records of customer interactions - Follow up on customer issues - Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication Qualifications Required: - Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in using telecommunication and CRM software - Basic knowledge of business services and compliance is a plus - Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask - High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus - Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
