Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Telecaller located in Dwarka 11. The Inbound Telecaller will be responsible for handling incoming calls from clients, addressing their queries, providing information on our services, and transferring calls to relevant departments if needed. They will also be responsible for maintaining records of customer interactions, following up on customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using telecommunication and CRM software
  • Basic knowledge of business services and compliance is a plus
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multi-task
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
