Job Description

As an Operations Associate, Customer Service, your primary role will be to ensure our customers receive exceptional support while contributing to the efficiency of our internal operations. You will engage directly with customers to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide necessary information. Additionally, you will support various operational tasks to enhance overall customer experience and business flow. Your strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and focus on process improvement will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, offering timely and accurate information and solutions. - Efficiently and empathetically resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex cases to relevant teams when needed. - Maintain precise customer records and document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system. - Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs and enhance service delivery. - Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures. - Identify recurring customer issues and propose operational improvements to boost customer satisfaction and reduce support volume. - Process customer requests, orders, and transactions accurately and promptly. - Monitor service metrics and contribute to reports on customer service performance. - Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, service standards, and operational changes. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - 1-3 years of experience in customer service, operations, or administrative support, preferably in a fast-paced environment. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude. - Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Adaptability and willingness to quickly learn new systems and processes. - Experience in NBFC or FinTech is a plus. Please note that this is a full-time position requiring in-person work at the Gurgaon location.,
