& Summary

Those in data and automation at PwC will focus on automating data internally using automation tools or software to streamline datarelated processes within the organisation. Your work will involve automating data collection, data analysis, data visualisation, or any other tasks that involve handling and processing data.

Responsibilities

We are looking for experienced software developers with

strong analytical and problemsolving abilities

ability to coordinate with multiple teams and ensure smooth coordination

ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines

good verbal and written communication skills

ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

Key responsibilities include Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives). Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring clarity of requirements. Identify and remove impediments to the team s progress. Promote Agile values and principles, and guide the team toward selforganization and accountability. Track and communicate team progress using appropriate metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity). Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and development work. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and productivity. Protect the team from outside interruptions and distractions. Support the adoption and scaling of Agile practices across the organization.

Skill sets Strong communication and collaboration skills Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure coordination in between user stories and tasks Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum and Kanban Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Azure DevOps Exposure to Agile methodology and Scaled agile projects
